I use an integrative approach to therapy which refers to the infusion of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects within a person, as well as the combination of various theories and intervention strategies to better address the person's individuality. Integrative counseling aims to promote healing and facilitates wholeness - ensuring that all levels of a person's being and functioning are maximized to their full potential.
